1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and bysulee (“bysulee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

They govern your use of our mobile applications on Google Play and the website at https://bysulee.com (together, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Who may use the Services

• You must be old enough to use Google Play and to agree to these Terms under the laws of your country
• The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country for this type of service)
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission

3. The Services

We provide entertainment and utility apps (such as Round Block and other titles we publish) and information on our Site.

Features, availability, store listing, and supported devices may change.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services with reasonable notice when practicable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some features need a network connection, Google Play services, or third-party advertising components.

4. Accounts and on-device data

• We generally do not require a bysulee account
• Scores, display names, reminders, and similar data may be stored only on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your device if you care about that data
• We cannot recover local data after uninstall, storage wipe, device loss, or OS reset

5. License and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our apps for your own lawful, non-commercial entertainment or personal utility, as made available through Google Play.

We and our licensors own all rights in the apps, Site, branding, text, graphics, audio, and software.

Except for the license above, no rights are granted.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer (except to the limited extent mandatory law allows), or create derivative works from the Services.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services, other users, Google Play, or our infrastructure
• Do not attempt to bypass security, consent, or advertising integrity mechanisms
• Do not misuse support channels (for example harassment or spam)
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

7. Advertising and third-party services

The Services may show third-party ads (including Google AdMob) and may open third-party links (including our Site and Google policies).

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices beyond what mandatory law requires.

Where required, advertising consent tools may appear before personalized ads.

During testing, ads may be test ads. Production ads will be reflected in updated notices and our Privacy Policy.

It forms part of how we operate the Services, but privacy rights are also governed by applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that scores, notifications, or other features will be accurate, available, or uninterrupted.

Entertainment apps are for fun and should not be relied on for important decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bysulee and its suppliers will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or device contents arising from your use of the Services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

• (a) the amount you paid us for the specific app in the three months before the claim (if any), or
• (b) USD 50

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, and any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence (including in the EEA/UK).

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold bysulee harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

12. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the apps and stopping use of the Site
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law or platform rules, or if we discontinue a Service
• Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive termination

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s laws.

Exception: if you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another region with mandatory consumer protections, those protections still apply and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where required by law.

Where Korean courts may hear the dispute and mandatory law does not require otherwise, courts in the Republic of Korea will have jurisdiction.

Platform (Google Play) rules may also apply to distribution and refunds.

14. General

• If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect
• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and replace prior terms on the same subject
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the apps
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver
• We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site; material changes will be highlighted where appropriate
• The “Last updated” date will change when we update these Terms
