Permanently Delete Ranking Data
Enter your registered Nickname and Security PIN. Your ranking records will be permanently deleted from our servers within seconds without waiting for manual support.
※ Correct PIN is required to protect your scores from unauthorized deletion.

If you did not set a PIN, forgot your password, or would like to request deletion of past support emails, please contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you safely.
1. Scope of Data Deletion
Apps published by bysulee do not collect sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, phone numbers, or real identities. Deletion covers:
- Global Ranking Records: Scores, combo stats, nickname, country code, and hashed device ID stored in Cloudflare D1 database.
- Customer Inquiry Emails: History of received support inquiries and responses.
2. How to Delete Directly Inside the App
If you have the Round Block app installed, you can delete your server data directly without visiting the website:
- Open Round Block and tap the Settings (⚙️) icon.
- Under 'App Data & Records', tap [Permanently Delete Server Ranking].
- Confirm the prompt. Your scores and profile on the server will be permanently destroyed immediately via device authorization.
3. Retention and Automatic Purging
Deleted data is permanently purged immediately and cannot be recovered. Inactive ranking records with no gameplay activity for more than 1 year may also be automatically purged during routine database maintenance.
